Requirements

  • All renters must provide a credit card to be kept on file (debit cards are not accepted, except as a form of payment), valid driver's license, and current proof of insurance.
  • There will be a $25.00 minimum charge for any work done on a customer's vehicle to get it to work properly for the rented trailer, if improvements/repairs are made to the vehicle.
  • We have the right to refuse service or rental to any customer. Rentals will be denied if towing vehicle does not meet White Spruce Trailer Sales's towing standards. (Ex. A 3/4 ton pickup or heavier is required for a 14,000 GVWR trailer.)
    • A brake controller is required to rent any trailer that has two axles. If you do not have one installed in your vehicle, you will be required to rent an external brake controller for $25.00.
  • Trailers must stay in the State of Alaska at all times.
  • Rentals must be returned to the pick-up location.

  • Weekend Rentals

    • Friday Pickup = 2 day rental (Due back Monday at 9:00 am)
    • Saturday Pickup = 1 day rental (Due back Monday at 9:00 am)
    • Holidays: Pickup last day before office closed = 2 day rental (Due back following business day)
