White Spruce Enterprises builds lap-sided home and cabin shells that you can finish yourself. Our shells use only quality materials and constrcution methods. They are perfect for starter homes or recreational cabins.

We'll deliver and construct your cabin at your site in Fairbanks, North Pole, Ester, and Salcha.

We offer shell sizes ranging from 16' x 24' (approximately 674 sq. ft.)
to 24' x 40' (aproximately 1840 sq. ft.)

This 12/12 pitched roof cabin (24 x 34) with dormer and porch makes for an attractive cabin or house.

Standard Features

• Gambrel style roof or 12/12 pitch roof
• 10 ft. wall, 7 1/2 high upstairs (can be varied)
• 2 x 6 framing
• 4 ft. porch stoop with steps
• 2' roof overhang front & back
• Main & second floor (or half loft)
• OSB outside walls with white spruce bevel siding over
• 6 windows & 1 door installed (you purchase)
• Colored metal roofing
• Delivery & construction at your site (Fbx, North Pole, Ester, Salcha)
