Service Coordinator/Service Writer

Full time position, year round with benefits. Compensation depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Writing up service orders for service department
  • Calendar upcoming service work
  • Collecting and monitoring time spent on projects
  • Contacting customers for scheduling and updates on project
  • Trailer parts and accessories sales
  • Receiving incoming parts into inventory system

Looking for someone with the following:

  • Customer service experience
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer savy
  • Background and understanding of automotive and/or trailer repairs.  This could be knowledge gained on the job or at home working on hobbies.
